Terms of Service

Last updated: June 19, 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing this website or engaging Electric Sites ("we," "us," or "our") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Electric Sites provides website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and digital marketing services for modern businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or service plans.

3. Hosting & Subscription Plans

  • Monthly plans (Foundation, Growth, and Pro) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically.
  • A one-time website build and setup fee applies. It is billed 50% as a deposit to begin and 50% when your site goes live.
  • Plans have a 30-day minimum term. After the first 30 days you may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle.
  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; changes apply from the next billing cycle.
  • Setup deposits are non-refundable once design work has begun.
  • "Within reason" content updates exclude full redesigns or net-new feature builds.

4. Payment

Recurring fees are billed automatically each month through our payment processor (Stripe) using the card on file. Fees are due as stated in your plan or project agreement. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is resolved.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, content, and timely feedback.
  • Ensure you have the rights to any materials you supply (logos, images, text).
  • Maintain access to required third-party accounts (domain, Google Business Profile, etc.).

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website content and design produced specifically for you. We retain rights to underlying frameworks, templates, code libraries, and our portfolio rights to display the work as a case study.

7. Performance & ROI Claims

Any ROI figures or performance ranges referenced on our site are based on historical data and industry benchmarks. Results vary by market, business, and execution and are not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Electric Sites shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice. Outstanding balances remain due, and hosted services may be transitioned or taken offline after cancellation.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
